As an example of recent art education funding, the mosaic mural project was a two week artist in residency with David Fichter that tapped into the creative talents of every Chesterfield School student.  The finished project is a 4' x 16' mosaic tile mural, prominently displayed in the school's front hallway.  It represents a collaborative celebration of the natural environment and the beauty of our community.
